[ Summary ] Multiple lymphomatous polyposis (MLP), characterized by multiple polyps diffusely interspersed in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, is a very rare but defined entity of GI non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). MLP is considered a presentation of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). However, a few reports have suggested that some cases are of follicular lymphoma (FL) or mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas.
