[ Summary ] Intestinal malignant lymphoma is not a rare disease, probably because the small and large intestines contain a large component of lymphoid tissue. Most intestinal lymphomas have a B-cell phenotype, but the frequency of T-cell neoplasms is relatively high in jejunum and ileum. Specific molecular markers are a powerful tool for the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma, but diagnoses of malignant lymphomas which have no specific markers are sometimes difficult. Therefore, overall molecular biological detection should be included in the diagnostic process.
