Against the background of the elderly and social diversifi cation of the type of anti-thrombotic drugs, is increasing opportunities for colon EMR of oral anti-thrombotic agents. When utilizing EMR for such patients, we must take steps for risk management, keeping in mind the dangers of postoperative hemorrhaging. Development of safe, eff ective procedures is essential. |
