[ Summary ] Recently, there have been an increasing number of endoscopic submucosal dissections (ESD) conducted for colorectal neoplasms with antithrombotics. This is because of an increase in the number of colorectal ESDs. The incidence of post operative bleeding in our institution was 1.7 %. No patients were treated with antithrombotics. We suggest that we can manage the risk of bleeding, including post operative bleeding, with basic ESD methods, even in cases of patients not treated with antithrombotics. In this chapter, we describe the use of colorectal ESD with anticoagulants. This treatment may be increasing used in the future.
