[ Summary ] Crohn's disease, intestinal tuberculosis, and intestinal Behçet's disease primarily involve the cecum and the terminal ileum. Findings of Crohn's disease are characterized by longitudinal ulcers, cobblestone appearance, small irregular ulcerations, and aphtoid lesions. On the other hand, typical findings of intestinal tuberculosis consist of "ring-shaped" ulcerations with scars. Large numbers of segmental lesions are commonly observed with Crohn's disease while focal and round or oval ulcerations are commonly observed with intestinal Behçet's disease or simple ulcers.
