[ Summary ] Bleeding is a major complication associated with colorectal ESD. It is important to perform safe procedures in order to prevent bleeding. In our unit, treatment for blood vessel complications is managed in relation to the size of the blood vessels involved. In addition, when bleeding occurs, the methods of providing hemostasis must be flexible in order to treat arterial or venous bleeding. In this report, we describe methods for prevention for intraoperative bleeding and provision of hemostasis.
