[ Summary ] Integrated analysis of endoscopic, histological and molecular signatures indicates that surface microstructures observed using magnifying endoscopy reflect histological changes as well as genetic and epigenetic defects. Our analysis revealed Type II-Open pit patterns, which are highly specific to SSA/Ps with BRAF mutation and CIMP.
