[ Summary ] The morphological, histological and molecular features of colorectal serrated tumors are analyzed. Our results suggest the Type II-open pit pattern is a useful manifestation with which to identify SSA/P with BRAF mutation and CIMP. Observation of these may contribute to the prevention of colorectal cancer.
