[ Summary ] Today, intestinal parasitic infection is rare in Japan. However, with the recent development of immunosuppressive drugs, these infections have increased. Patients with suppressed immunity can develop serious conditions. In this paper, we review the clinical and endoscopic features of strongyloidiasis, giardiasis and isosporiasis.
