[ Summary ] Type IIc lesions associated with early colorectal cancer are very rate. So it had called endemic. When colorectal cancer generation is being studied it is necessary to examine this type of lesion. Consideration of growth progress in depressed type tumors is very important. In this article, we outline growth progress, diagnosis, and treatment of depressed type tumors.
