[ Summary ] Clinicians commonly encounter patients presenting with ingested foreign bodies in clinical practice. Urgent endoscopic intervention is required in those with ingestion of sharp, large, or toxic objects that might injure the intestinal mucosa. Equipments such as a foreign body protector hood and over-tube are useful tools for the endoscopic removal of foreign bodies. We describe a few patients presenting with foreign bodies such as Press-Through-Package (PTP) sheets, dentures, fish bones, and Anisakis.
