Postoperative hemorrhage and perforation are important complications after endoscopic resection for colorectal polyps, and endoscopists should know how to manage these complications. In this chapter, we explain the appropriate procedures for managing various complications according to the current colorectal endoscopic submucosal dissection/endoscopic mucosal resection (ESD/EMR) guidelines. |
