[ Summary ] In recent years, small intestine lesions are being more frequently detected in infants due to the development of advanced detection modalities. Among the small intestine diseases observed in infants, I report on the clinical and endoscopy findings for cases with inflammatory lesions (Crohn's disease, non‒specific multiple ulcers of the small intestine, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, Henoch‒Schönlein purpura, drug‒induced enteropathy, and Behçet's disease), vascular lesions (angioectasia and arteriovenous malformation), and mass lesions (small intestine polyp).
