| [ Summary ] | Mucosal flap formation is the most important and difficult step in conducting procedures related to colorectal ESD. We designed a clip flap method using the endoclip as a substitute for the mucosal flap until it is formed. Colorectal ESD is a technically difficult procedure. However, it is supposed that various devises and techniques including the clip flap method, may effectively encourage mucosal flap formation and lead to successful accomplishment of ESD. | |
