| [ Summary ] | Since numerous causes contribute to acute liver injury, history taking and physical examinations are essential for accurate diagnosis. To understand the implications of biochemical analysis is important that early diagnosis be performed. Unnecessary examinations must also be eliminated. Viruses are among the most common causes of acute liver injury. However, not all viral markers can be observed. Therefore, selected viral markers should be examined according to frequency. Serum preservation is recommended for future analysis. | |
