[ Summary ] MRCP is useful in identifying not only morphological changes, but also functional changes associated with pancreaticobiliary diseases. Pancreatobiliary reflux, similar to that seen in patients with pancreaticobiliary maljunction can occur in patients with a normal pancreaticobiliary junction. Therefore, this condition may be associated with carcinoma of the gallbladder.
