| [ Summary ] | In spite of the administraion of opiates, cancer pain control is poor in many patients. Appropriate and timely addition of adjuvant analgesics must be considered. The oppotunity exists to enhance the quality of life, which unfortunately in many patients may represent only days or weeks. We may select appropriate analgesics by using a drug challenge test. | |
