[ Summary ] The urea breath test is used for H. pylori infection diagnosis as a non-invasive test. The method for measuring the H. pylori antigens in the stool was newly developed. This method is a simple procedure with high reliability. In the future, stool H. pylori antigen tests may be widely accepted as a diagnostic method for H. pylori infection before and after H. pylori treatment.
