| [ Summary ] | We introduced the latest therapeutic endoscopic methods for early colorectal carcinoma. Several devices (the new snare, or injection fluid) have made it easy to resect colorectal carcinoma, using en block endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), including cutting EMR. Also, we assesed methods for preventing local tumor reccurence after EMR and complications, such as bleeding or perforation. | |
