| [ Summary ] | We studied the outcome of laser single therapy and combined therapy of EMR and laser therapy for the early gastric cancer. The final cancer-free rate treated by laser single therapy was 77.8% for all cases, 95.7% for absolute indication group and 64.7% for relative indication group. Among 56 lesions of residual cancer after EMR, 46 lesions (82.1%) were assessed to have undergone complete irradiation of 1st step laser therapy, and 50 lesions (89.3%) were finally cancer free after additional laser therapy. | |
