[ Summary ] The involvement of cytokines, especially chemokines (chemotactic cytokines) that mediate inflammation, was discussed in this article. Although it is not easy to understand the relationship between mucosal infections caused by H.pylori in the pathogenetic course of inflammation, such a cytokine network, which is constructed on the basis of gastric microcirculation and is affected by the autonomic nervous system may play an important role in inducing repair of injuries.
