| [ Summary ] | From the study of the specimen of early gastric cancer operated on at our institute, the rate of lymph node metastasis of all differentiated mucosal gastric cancers without ulcerative changes was extremely small, regardless of individual maximum diameters or macroscopic type. Therefore, it is suggested that all of them may be treated radically by using endoscopic mucosal resection. | |
