[ Summary ] Management of malignant lymphoma was reviewed with reference to gastrointestinal lymphoma. Gastrointestinal lymphoma is in its early stage a localized disease and can be managed surgically by resection of the organ involved with the lesion. If curative resection is feasible, there is no need for radiotherapy or chemotherapy. If surgical resection cannot control the disease, chemotherapeutic regimen for advanced lymphoma should be adopted. A relationship with Helicobacter pylori was also considered in the ease of gastric lymphoma.
