【 要旨 】 CKD-MBDに関するThe KDIGO Clinical Practice Guidelineは2009年に発表された．このガイドラインは，2017年の2月に改訂が取りまとめられ，発表された．本稿では，高リン血症の治療と血清カルシウム濃度の維持（Chapter4.1）をわが国のJSDTガイドラインと比較して概説する．

[ Summary ] The KDIGO Clinical Practice Guideline for the Diagnosis, Evaluation, Prevention, and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease-Mineral and Bone Disorder (CKD-MBD) was originally published in 2009. The Clinical Practice Guideline Update is based upon systematic literature research last conducted in September 2015, supplemented with additional evidence through February 2017.
I have summarized Chapter 4.1 (Treatment of CKDMBD targeted at lowering high serum phosphate levels and maintaining serum calcium levels) compared to the JSDT Guideline.
