【 要旨 】 透析アミロイドーシスに対するβ2-ミクログロブリン吸着カラム（リクセル®）を用いた治療の理論，適応，効果，副作用および近況について概説する．リクセルは痛みの軽減等の効果が認められ，On-line HDFとの棲み分けが可能になると考えられる．
