| 【 要旨 】 | 近年糖尿病，高血圧など慢性疾患におけるエピジェネティックな解析が急速に進んでおり，慢性腎臓病（chronic kidney disease；CKD）においても，その発症と進行にエピジェネティクスが深く関与しているという報告が多数されている． CKDに伴う骨ミネラル代謝異常（chronic kidney disease mineral and bone disorder；CKD-MBD）におけるエピジェネティックな報告はまだ少ないが，CKDMBDに関与する遺伝子がエピジェネティックな修飾を受けることが徐々に明らかになってきている． CKD-MBDにおけるエピジェネティック制御の分子機構が明らかになることにより，新たな創薬が開発される可能性を秘めている． |

| [ Summary ] | In recent years there have been many reports from epigenetic studies of various chronic maladies. These studies have led to rapid progress in treatment. Some reports have suggested an association between chronic kidney disease, mineral and bone disorders (CKD-MBD) and epigenetics. If we elucidate this molecular mechanism of the epigenetics of CKD-MBD, there is a possibility of developing innovative drug therapies. |
