【 要旨 】 これまで透析患者の血清リン低下薬として，水酸化アルミニウム，炭酸カルシウム，塩酸セベラマーなどのリン吸着薬が使用されてきたが，いずれもその副作用により，十分な血清リン低下効果を発揮できなかった．今後臨床使用が可能となる薬剤として，リン吸着薬の炭酸ランタン，calcimimeticsのcinacalcet HC1があり，その効果が期待される．

[ Summary ] Alminium hydroxide gel, calcium carbonate and sevelamer hydrochloride were utilized to reduce serum levels of phosphate. However, the results were not satisfactory. It is hoped that calcimimetics and lanthanum carbonate will provide better control of serum phosphate levels.
