| 【 要旨 】 | 1990年代後半より腎臓病関連のエビデンスに基づく診療ガイドラインが米国のK / DOQIを皮切りに，豪州のCARI，欧州のEBPG，英国，カナダなどで発表されてきた．これらのガイドラインはそれぞれエビデンスの評価が行われているだけでなく，ネット上でも容易にアクセスできる点に共通項がある．これらの各国ガイドラインと協調して「世界共通のエビデンス」の基本方針の下KDIGOが国際ガイドライン作成を行っている． | |

| [ Summary ] | Since the late 1990s, evidence based kidney disease guidelines have been published by the K/DOQI (US), the CARI (Australia), in the UK and Canada, as well as by the EBPG (Europe). Those guideline have equal levels of evidence ratings and easy accessibility via associated websites. The KDIGO was founded in 2003 and has started to publish global guidelines based on global evidence in collaboration with the other guidelines. | |
