【 要旨 】 分子生物学的手法により副甲状腺腺腫ではcyclin D1やMEN1遺伝子に異常が認められることが明らかにされたが，未知の部分が多々残されている．さらに，慢性腎不全にみられる副甲状腺のmonoclonalな腫瘍化の機序はほとんどわかっていない．現在までに，それらの腫瘍の候補遺伝子を見つけるために，allelotypingや新しい手法であるCGHを用いて検討がなされている．

[ Summary ] The molecular basis of parathyroid adenomatosis includes defects in the cyclin D1 and MEN1 genes but is, in large part, unknown. Furthermore, the molecular pathway of monoclonal growth of the parathyroid glands in uremic patients is poorly understood. To identify new locations of candidate parathyroid oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes, molecular allelotyping and new molecular technique, CGH, have been performed.
