| 【 要旨 】 | 長期透析治療に伴う透析アミロイドーシスは，長期透析患者のADL,QOLを損なわせる大きな原因となっている．われわれは，1988年より長期にわたりPMMA(BK)膜透析の臨床評価を行い，透析アミロイドーシス合併に及ぼす影響について検討を行った．透析導入時よりPMMA(BK)膜透析を継続した症例においては，透析アミロイドーシスの合併がきわめて少なく，透析前血清β2-m濃度は，平均で30mg/l以下で推移した． | |

| [ Summary ] | Long-term dialyzed patients are disturbed by serious symptoms of dialysis related amyloidosis. Since 1988, we have performed the clinical evaluation of PMMA BK membrane dialysis affect on complications with dialysis related amyloidosis. The result of our study confirms the important of high performance, PMMA BK, membrane dialyzer in prevention of dialysis related amyloidosis and keeping lower plasma beta2-m level. | |
