| 【 要旨 】 | 透析患者の降圧薬の選択はエビデンスに乏しく，非透析例のエビデンスを参考にして適用することとなる．とくに，心血管疾患（CVD）は透析患者での発症率・死亡率が高く，これらの発症を抑制する降圧薬の選択が望ましい．また，内服のタイミングについても，血圧変動パターンや透析性など，透析患者で注意するべき点もある．本稿では，アンジオテンシン受容体／ネプリライシン阻害薬（angiotensin receptor/neprilysin inhibitor；ARNI）を含めた降圧薬の選択や内服タイミングについて概説する． | |
