| 【 要旨 】 | 認知行動療法（CBT）とは，人間の認知と行動を扱う心理療法であり，腎疾患患者に対する介入として効果を示す知見も多くある．腎疾患患者の心理状態を表す疾患ライフの受容段階（喪失，拒絶・闘争，折合）に合わせて，喪失段階にはbehavioral activation（行動活性化），拒絶・闘争段階にはacceptance and commitment therapy，折合段階では，行動分析を使用したCBTという形で，CBTに基づく介入を行うことで患者は疾患と共により良く生きることが可能となる． | |
