| 【 要旨 】 | 諸外国と比較したわが国の腎移植の特徴は，著しい献腎移植ドナー不足により待機期間が長いことと，生体腎移植に大きく依存していることである．慢性腎臓病・透析関連の合併症は待機している間も進行する．腎移植の現場でおもに問題となるのは心血管病，感染症，悪性腫瘍，そして二次性副甲状腺機能亢進症である．とくに献腎移植は緊急手術として行われるため，移植希望登録施設と維持透析施設は普段から良好なコミュニケーションを取り，患者が全身麻酔手術と免疫抑制療法に耐えられる状態を維持しておくことが必要である． | |
