【 要旨 】 日本の働き方改革の大きな担い手として人工知能（AI）とIoT（internet of things），さらにロボット工学が大きな役割を果たすことは間違いない．AIによる透析医療の管理，透析医療は近年最も進歩しており，AIやIoTによる働き方改革への貢献が期待できる．透析医療の未来にAI，IoT，そしてロボット工学の進歩への期待は大きい．これらの技術的な進歩は，今後の透析医療の働き方改革において重要なポイントであるが，財政的な支援が必須であることも認識しておく必要がある．
