| [ Summary ] | Reflection training is a place for learning to accumulate various nursing experiences as practical knowledge. In this paper, we presented how to learn, what to learn, a specific development method, use of a reflection sheet, and so on in reflection training. I hope that many dialysis facilities will "learn from experience" through reflection training as part of continuing education and create an organizational climate of learning. | |
