【 要旨 】 透析関連装置の管理に関して2010年に初めて水質確保加算が収載され，「2016年版透析液水質基準」に沿った管理が必要である．この基準の大きな変更点は，新たに化学的汚染物質基準が設けられたことである．医療機器安全管理責任者は，配下に透析機器安全管理委員会を設置し，各委員を決め実質的な運用を行わせ業務を管理する．透析液清浄化は生物学的汚染物質と化学的汚染物質を測定し，基準値未満に管理することに力点がおかれている．しかし水質確保加算の要件を満たすには，透析液安全管理体制がもっとも重要で，そのあり方を正しく理解し運用する必要がある．

An effective dialysis fluid safety management system is important to meet the requirements that would ensure optimal quality of water conversion. It is necessary to understand the appropriate functioning of the system and its effective application.
