| 【 要旨 】 | 透析液の水質管理は必要不可欠であり，日本透析医学会では2016年版透析液水質基準において化学的汚染基準を追加し，透析用水作製装置の管理指針が示された．とくに透析システムの上流に位置する透析用水作製装置は，水由来の一次汚染である化学的汚染や生物学的汚染を抑止し，透析液作製・供給システムは二次汚染を抑制するための管理が重要であり，単に基準とする水質を達成するだけではなく総合的なメンテナンスが必要である．臨床の現場で実際に水質管理を担っている臨床工学技士は，透析液製造工程の安全管理者であることを自覚し，専門知識の履修と情報収集に努めて，透析液安全管理業務に反映させることが重要である． | |

| [ Summary ] | Water quality control of the dialysate is indispensable. The dialysis water preparation device located upstream of the dialysis system suppresses chemical contamination and biological contamination, which are the primary forms of water contamination, and produces and supplies the dialysate. The management of the system to suppress secondary pollution is important, not only to achieve the standard water quality, but also ensure comprehensive maintenance. Clinical engineers are responsible for water quality management at the clinical site and should make efforts to gain expertise, collect information, and implement them in dialysate safety management. | |
