【要旨】	腎移植後透析再導入期には，患者はさまざまな身体的問題，精神的問題を抱えている．過去の透析経験によっては，計り知れない不安や恐怖を感じていることもある．医療者は，このような患者の身体的・心理的変化を把握しながら，「キュア」と「ケア」の観点からチームとして関わり，適切なタイミングに安全で安心な透析再導入を迎えることが重要となってくる．「キュア」はおもに医師が，「ケア」はおもに看護師が提供するが，患者教育や指導から看護師も「キュア」にも関わることができるかもしれない．
