We highlight social resources that are crucial for dialysis patients including subsidies for medical expenses, long-term care insurance system, welfare for the disabled, job assistance, and livelihood protection. We then discuss how to use them and explain the connections between these various systems. Additionally, we describe the "New Orange Plan" strategy as a response to rapidly increasing dementia patients.
Social resources can be formal and informal ones and are sporadically available；we demand adjustments by the formal resources. |
