| 【 要旨 】 | 腎移植術後は，拒絶反応・感染症の予防と早期発見が重要である．また移植腎予後に悪影響を与える生活習慣病の予防・管理，すなわちアドヒアランスを保持する必要がある．患者の身体症状からその兆候を早期に把握するとともに危険性を予測し，迅速な治療，適切な患者指導につなげていくことが重要である．今回，フィジカルアセスメントを活用した腎移植後看護について考察する． | |

| [ Summary ] | Prevention and early identification of transplant rejection and infection are most important in the post-renal transplant patient. It is also necessary to maintain adherence that means it is important to encourage the prevention and management of lifestyle-related diseases that might result in a poor outcome for the transplanted kidney. The early identification of symptoms and risk factors and initiate prompt treatment and appropriate patient education are important. This investigation should be performed during post-renal transplantation nursing care by using physical assessment. |
