【 要旨 】 昨今，従来の血液透析療法（1回4時間週3回）が見直され，透析療法は多様化している．そのmodalityの種類は，長時間透析（1回6時間以上）から短時間頻回透析，オンライン血液透析濾過（OnHDF）などがある．当院で実施しているのはオーバーナイト透析（ONtHD）とOnHDFであるが，ONtHDは，透析患者の社会復帰を最大の目的としており，OnHDFは，透析合併症とくに透析アミロイドーシス，restless legs syndromeといった患者の疼痛やストレスの軽減に有効である．これら“今が旬の透析療法”は，患者の個別性に応えるべく，看護師と臨床工学技士が患者情報を共有し，連携を深めていくことが重要である．

[ Summary ] At this time, conventional hemodialysis treatment (weekly 3 × 4 hr hemodialysis) has been reviewed and diversified. The types of therapeutic modalities available include prolonged dialysis (more than 6 hrs per day), short daily hemodialysis and on-line hemodiafiltration (HDF).
In our hospital, long time dialysis and on-line HDF are used. Long term dialysis treatment must include aiding patients social recovery. On-line HDF is effective in reducing side effects, such as pain and stress which come from dialysis induced amyloidosis and restless leg syndrome. For these updated clinical dialysis modalities to meet the needs of individual patients, nurses and clinical engineers must share patient information and improve cooperation each other.
