| 【 要旨 】 | 在宅血液透析（HHD）では専用装置があるわけではなく，透析施設で2～4カ月の訓練を受け，施設と同様の個人用透析装置とRO装置を自宅で使用している．現在，ほとんどの透析装置では自動化機構が備わり簡便となっている．しかし，当院のHHD患者に装置についての実態調査を行ったところ，多くの不便を感じていることがわかった．HHDに使用する装置には，軽量かつコンパクトで静音・省エネルギーに優れ，より単純な回路を使用し簡略な操作が求められる．また，安全を確保するうえでは警報対処・トラブル時の早急な対応，装置データの自動送信が必要であると考えられた． | |

| [ Summary ] | HHD patients must use the dialysis and RO devices which are used in facilities at home, because specialized equipment for home hemodialysis is not available in Japan. Currently, most dialysis devices are automated, making their use simple and easy. However, HHD training is still required for 2-4 months in dialysis facilities. When we asked our HHD patients about their use of HHD devices, it was revealed that they experienced a great deal of inconvenience. Devices should be light and compact with energy saving features, and should produce less noise. Simple operation is necessary with simpler blood lines and dialyzer circuits. In addition, immediate communication with care providers should be available when problems arise. Automatic transmission of data is necessary to ensure the safety of patients. | |
