| 【 要旨 】 | 2012年に本邦でも一般的な治療としてオンラインHDFが施行可能となった．当然，透析液を体内に注入するため，使用する医療機器や透析液の清浄度に関して厳しい基準が提言されている．オンラインHDFの実施には，HDFフィルタ（JIS T 3250 4.5.2）と製造承認を受けたオンラインHDF装置を用いる必要がある．また本邦で医療機器を用いた治療を行うには，付属の添付文書と取扱い説明書に則った運用が必要である．それらの水質要求事項は「透析液水質基準と血液浄化器性能評価基準2008」である．透析機器安全管理委員会を設置し，記録，保管なども含めた適正な管理のもとに運用する必要がある． | |

| [ Summary ] | Online HDF became an accepted treatment in Japan in 2012. Naturally, strict standards must be implemented concerning the cleanliness of medical equipment and the dialysis fluids which are used. The enforcement of online HDF, standards for use of medical equipment must be adapted when necessity. It is necessary to use online HDF devices such as approved filters (JIS T 3250 4.5.2) made to manufacturing standards. In addition, use must conform to package inserts and instruction manuals to provide treatment using medical equipment in Japan. The requirements for quality of water "used for dialysis fluids must conform to standards for blood purification devices and performance evaluation standards adopted in 2008". A dialysis apparatus safety management committee was organized. It is necessary to manage HDF records, and safely store them. |
