Continuous Quality Improvement is the management philosophy and method of continuously improving the care processes to deliver evidence-based healthcare in the most efficient way. Quality improvement is characterized by the use of systematic, organizational, and data-guided approaches. Sharing knowledge and experience of quality improvement activities thorough "Quality Improvement Reports" facilitates a wide dissemination of knowledge into real world practices.
