| 【 要旨 】 | 透析患者・家族に安全で質の高い看護を提供するために，新人看護師の教育では，透析治療に必要な基本的知識と技術の習得が優先される．しかし一度にすべてを教えるのではなく，段階を分けて行うと効果がある．同時に医療者として勤務が続けられるように仲間作りやストレスマネジメントなども必要となる．ラダーレベルに合わせて透析患者への専門的援助を行うための能力が向上できるような教育を提供し，看護師としてともに育ち合い成長を促すことが大切である． | |

| [ Summary ] | Priority is given to acquisition of fundamental knowledge required in nurses' education for dialysis therapy. The technology is necessary to offer safe high quality nursing for dialysis patients and their families. Not all these elements are taught initially, but are acquired in stages. Friendly relations between staff members, and stress management, are needed to provide service by health professionals. It is important to offer the education concerning methods to offer special assistance to dialysis patients. |
