New guidelines concerning CKD-MBD released in 2012 are the revised version of the 2006 guidelines, based on a re-analyses of the appropriateness of target ranges and management policies. They also cover several topics not covered in the previous guidelines. Nevertheless, further evidence is required to establish better management strategies for CKD-MBD. |
