【 要旨 】 | 睡眠を改善するためには,起床や食事を規則正しくする,透析中になるべく寝ない,昼間適度な運動をする,午前中に日光を浴びる,昼寝はしてもよいが短くする,午後8時前の早い時間に布団に入らない,睡眠が浅い人は漫然と寝ない,などの指導を行う.アルコールの摂取は夜間覚醒の原因となる.カフェインの含まれた飲料は夕方以降控える.睡眠障害の改善は,QOLだけでなく,日常の透析生活にも良い影響をもたらす.十分な睡眠は食欲を抑え,水分管理,K摂取制限,Ca/P管理にも前向きな姿勢をもたらす.生活習慣を規則正しくすることが良い睡眠の秘訣である. |

[ Summary ] | In order to improve quality of sleep, we educate hemodyalysis (HD) patients in relation to lifestyle. We teach them how to regulate waking times and mealtimes. We do not allow them to sleep during HD treatment. We encourage them to exercise appropriately during the day, and to have appropriate exposure to sunshine, not have long afternoon naps, and not to go to bed before 8:00 pm. Periods of long, uninterrupted sleep are also advised, especially for light sleepers. They should also be advised alcohol intake causes nocturnal awakening, and not to consume drinks containing caffeine in the evening. Improvements in sleep patterns provide better HD control and overall quality of life. Adequate sleep helps suppress appetite, and helps patients control body weight, along with improved intake of potassium, phosphorus and calcium. Sleep disorders also influence eating behavior, and as a result, increase the appetite. Furthermore, sleep disorders decrease the activity levels. Treatment for dialysis patients' sleep disorders can help improve not only vigor but also proper control of food and water intake. Regular daily habits help improve quality and quantity of sleep. |
