Nearly a year has passed since that time. However, continued support is necessary for the survivors. Health care providers must ask themselves how they can cooperate to provide the best care for patients with kidney disease. On going support must be provided for these patients. This care must be evaluated often to determine the quality of coordinated aid provided. Contingency plans must be designed to treat dialysis patients in future disasters. |
