【 要旨 】 腎臓病におけるカルシウム・リン代謝異常は，生命予後に影響を与えうる全身性疾患であり，最近はchronic kidney disease-mineral bone disorder（CKD-MBD）と呼ばれている．CKD-MBD，あるいはその治療薬は，直接的・間接的に血圧・血管機能異常と関連しており，循環器系への影響を考慮したCKD-MBD管理が求められている．

Appropriate management of chronic kidney disease mineral bone disorder (CKD-MBD) may improve vascular health and clinical outcome.
