【 要旨 】 慢性腎臓病（CKD）と血圧は密接な関係があり，血圧異常が高い確率で存在する．近年の人口の高齢化により高血圧を有するCKD患者はさらに増加することが予想される．高血圧は腎機能の低下につながり，循環器疾患発症・死亡リスクが高くなることから，CKD患者において血圧管理は重要である．一方，透析患者では保存期CKD患者と異なり，透析患者の血圧値と予後との関係にはU 字型現象が認められる．透析患者の血圧管理目標については今後，透析時血圧や家庭血圧を含めた検証が必要である．

[ Summary ] Disorders in blood pressure are frequent findings in chronic kidney disease (CKD). The number of patients with chronic kidney failure and hypertension will increase as the population ages. Management of hypertension in CKD patients is important for prevention of cardiovascular events and death. Dialysis patients have particular pathophysiologies in terms of blood pressure and mortality, termed the 'U curve association'. Target blood pressure levels for dialysis patients should be established.
